Day 39....Birch Run to Port Huron, MI  short day only 80ish miles. Another day were the weather is completely in our favor. Beautiful puffy clouds, cool temperatures, and a great wind...Along the way we had a few interesting small towns we traveled through. My favorite was the water tower with the smiling face for the entire town to see. Once in Port Huron, the first sighting of Canada and the bridge we would take the following morning. We are all getting a lot faster so our days seem to be flying by. Hard to believe that this journey for me started two years ago. I put this adventure on my bucket list because......It was important to me. Some people will get it and understand while others look at me like I am crazier than usual. I have had a great deal of time to deal with "things"...I think I will be a better person for completing this journey. I am disappointed that my hand made some of the down hills impossible but.....that is life.
